What are the findings of the feasibility study?
The purpose of conducting the Weatherford Loop Feasibility Study was to evaluate the feasibility of constructing a loop roadway, or portions of a loop roadway, around the City of Weatherford. The results of the feasibility study have shown that Alternative Loop “D” is feasible and is cost effective to construct, and will serve to improve traffic flow within the City of Weatherford and portions of Parker County. The proposed alignment for Alternative Loop “D” is shown on the Recommended Alignment Map.This study has been a comprehensive effort to conduct an unbiased and impartial investigation to address the transportation needs of the study area. The following information supports the recommendations of this report.1.
