What are the filing deadlines for my Joint Appendix and brief?
After you have filed the notice of appeal and pre-argument statement forms, the Court will issue a scheduling order. The scheduling order will tell you when to file the record on appeal, the brief and appendix. It will also set forth when the appellee’s brief is due and the earliest date on which the case may be scheduled for argument before this court.
