If you have a single server which hosts MySQL, Tomcat, and FTP services, then the data that you need to backup is located on the same server under different folder names.
Files will be found in the following locations:
C:\program files\eClinicalWorks\
C:\ecw
Backup files are:
D:\eClinicalWorks\mysql\data\mobiledoc
(Mobiledoc contains database files and can contain different names)
D:\eClinicalWorks\ftp\mobiledoc
(Contains files that are attached to the patients file)
D:\eClinicalWorks\Tomcat5\Webapps\mobileodc\jspWEB-INFxslconf
(Back this file up before you do any upgrades)
