What are the fees to establish a Trust with CCT?
For Special Needs Trusts there is a one time Enrollment Fee that is due at the time that the Joinder Agreement is signed and the Trust is activated. For Grantors that do not pay the Enrollment Fee and the SNT becomes active at their death the Enrollment Fee is 3 times the Enrollment Fee at that time because of the complexity of administering a Trust without prior information from the Grantor. For the SNT there is an annual Renewal Fee charged for updating information. The Annual Renewal Fee ends once the Trust is funded. At the time the Special Needs Trust is funded CCT charges a Consultation Fee.
