What are the fees for the eDebtAttorney debt settlement services?

However, unlike many other companies offering these services we do not require a large down payment of your first 2 or more months of savings payments. Our philosophy is to grow your savings as fast as possible, so that we can help you achieve your financial goal of being debt free in the shortest amount of time possible. Therefore, we collect our fees over the first 12-15 months of your retaining our services. This means that you will be accumulating significant amounts of settlement proceeds from the very first day. Additionally, there is a small monthly servicing fee which includes the maintenance of your special trust account. All fees and fee structures are completely disclosed and agreed to before you have retained our services.
