What are the fees for StoneRose to manage my investment property?
Typically, fees are 10% of the gross rental income or $75.00 per month, whichever is greater, for residential properties. There is also a leasing fee equal to 1 month’s rent; however, there is no charge while the property is vacant. Should you have specific needs, please ask us how we can generate a program to meet your needs.
