What are the fees for eService?
The ProDoc fee for eService is $1.00. However, if you eFile in conjunction with an eService, we do not charge the $1.00. And, we charge nothing for Fax Service. The state eFiling system collects $4.50 per eService. These are flat fees regardless of the number of parties served by the eService. And, the fees are collected up front regardless of whether or not delivery occurs later.
