For new licenses there is a nonrefundable application fee and within 60 days of issuance the first years annual fees are due. The amount of these fees varies between the different types of use or license category. For example, fees for a non-medical use of fixed or portable gauges containing radioactive materials will be different from a hospital that wants to administer radioactive materials for medical use.
