What are the fees associated with the Maryland Prepaid College Trust?
The operating expenses of the Prepaid College Trust are covered by 2.5% of Contract payments. In addition, each new Prepaid College Trust Account is charged an $75 Enrollment Fee for paper applications and a $50 for on-line applications. If you purchase additional years of Tuition for the same Beneficiary, or open an Account for a Beneficiary for whom you already have a Maryland College Investment Plan account, you pay a reduced Enrollment Fee of $20.
