The following are features and benefits of PSS: 1. Allows employees of current and to-be partners to associate themselves with their company. By associating to a partner company, users are granted partner-level access to tools such as Partner E-Learning Connection and other tools designed for partners. 2. Allows partners to manage their personal profile information. Users can also request administrator access to tools such as Partner Self Service and Certification and Specialization (CS App). 3. Gives Partner Administrators the ability to maintain or view company data: locations, contacts, employee profile, role information, etc. This eases the certification process, enhances partner productivity, and strengthens Cisco’s relationship with our partners.
