The Residents of Playa Calatagan will have their own Hilltop clubhouse with a 180-degree view of the whole property and the South China Sea, a Beach Clubhouse with a 800 square meter River Pool,, and 3 parks for located at the different phases of the village – the Central Park, Amphitheater Park and the Bamboo Park. The leisure-tourism estate will be opening it’s doors to the public to offer amenities like a Beach Resort, Hotels, Commercial area with retail shops, restaurants and other entertainment activities.
