– Long Island For Nassau County: The meter will be engaged for the entire trip and the passenger will pay the standard city rate (Rate Code 1) to the county line, then the Nassau/Westchester rate (Rate Code 4) to the destination. Rate Code 4 is double the amount of Rate Code 1.
