What are the family immigration policies with a Green Card?
One of the great benefits of the Green Card program is that your spouse and dependent children under age 21 may qualify to emigrate with you to the United States. Who pays attorney fees? Medical Express will pay attorney fees and related expenses for the filing of your employment-based Green Card, including the cost of an employment authorization document and one travel document. You will be responsible for the payment of Green Card applications for your spouse and/or minor children, as well as any extraordinary expenses should your case include complications requiring additional attorney attention. We do not require payment from you for the ordinary legal fees and costs related to the filing of your Green Card petition, provided you work the minimum number of hours for us, as outlined in your contract letter.
