What are the factors that influences the temperature on earth atmosphere?
The temperature would vary with the location of a place on earth in relation to the Equator. Farther from the equator it would colder. But in general, the total earth atmosphere, if you take, seems to be heating up since the natural cover the earth has in the form of various spheres have changed a lot. There are natural layers of gases , air etc blocking the direct heat of Sun on the earth. Ozone is one such gas that prevents penetration of Infra Red rays of the Sun. If this layer gets depleted, what we call a hole is created in the layer and through this the harmful rays of the Sun reach the earth , creating avoidable misery. The quality of the air around you also affects the temperature. Growing of greenery, especially plenty of trees , makes a place cooler. Emissions from factories, Industries in any area also affect the atmosphere adversly. That is the reason that efforts are being made to prevent Industries from polluting the atmosphere.
