What are the facilities available for family planning ?

Family planning OPD is held daily in the department from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. Facilities for counselling, IUD insertion, MTP including medical method of termination of pregnancy as well as emergency contraception are available. Laparoscopic sterilizations with or without MTP are done everyday in an operation theatre especially designated for the purpose and the patients are discharged the same day.
