What are the FAA Plates and where do I find them?

The FAA Plates plugin needs to be downloaded and installed — this is only available for your PC or tablet, not for PDAs. You also need to have the latest aviation database, which contains information about what plates are available for which airports. Once these are done, you can click on an airport and get the “FAA Plates >” option, which will invoke a submenu that you use to download or view plates.
