What are the expected non-profits that would reasonably apply for and successfully obtain a license as a dispensary?
DHHS really doesn’t know who will apply. Estimates are that as many as 60 applications may be received. The calls range from people who are currently growing as patients and caregivers themselves, to out of state companies that would like to be selected to run dispensaries in each of the public health districts.
