What are the Exclusions and Conditions associated with the Equipment Breakdown Coverage?
Typical Boiler and Machinery exclusions are included. Since this is an endorsement, the Conditions in the Building and Business Personal Property Policy will apply. In addition, a condition for Environmental, Safety and Efficiency Improvements is included. It covers the additional costs to replace with equipment that is better for the environment, safer or more efficient than the equipment being replaced, not to exceed 125 percent of what the cost would have been to replace with equipment of like kind and quality.
