What are the Exchange quotas for undergraduate students?

0

All Durham Exchange accounts are subjected to mailbox quotas. For undergraduate students the quotas are as follows. Daily warning messages – 40mb Unable to send messages 45mb Mailbox limit – 50mb If your mailbox size exceeds 40mb you will receive daily warning messages informing you that you are about to go over quota. If you fail to take action to reduce your quota on receipt of a daily warning message you will be unable to send email messages once your mailbox size exceeds 45mb. If you continue to ignore the warning messages you will eventually be unable to send or receive email. In order to reduce your mailbox size you will need to proactively manage your email, for example By emptying your deleted items folder regularly. By sorting through Mail folders (including Sent Mail) and deleting any messages no longer required.
