There are several ethical issues surrounding computers and there are different sets of it For a programmer For a user For programmers usually this is referred when it comes to ethical issues http://www.acm.org/about/code-of-ethics For a normal user I’m not sure if there is any such code but it would boil down to few basic things like Not using Pirated Softwares Not allowing illegal activities knowingly or unknowingly on you comp For network it would be not to use softwares that cripple the network by using up all the available bandwidth.
