What are the estimated costs of the various service and amenity packages to Residents?
There will be a separate fee charged to each Resident for each of the following service agreements: • Basic Common Area Services • Hotel Access and Management Services • À la Carte services The fees for the various service and amenity packages are still being determined and will be calculated using a fair and logical allocation of the actual costs for providing these services, plus administrative costs and management fees. In the case where the cost of providing services can be separately identified as being provided to Homeowners only, the actual costs of providing the service will be used to calculate the assessments. In the case where the services provided are shared between the Homeowners and the Hotel, the expense will be allocated based on the value each party receives from the service. Please note that these fees will include proportionately allocated salaries of Hotel staff who will be performing the services.
