What are the eSP roles and their descriptions so I know which one to join?
1) Planning Administrator , the highest role for an LEA on ED Hub, can authorize other permissions, can edit planning areas of application – Overview, Data, Action Plan, Monitor and Evaluate, and is automatically an author for all reports. 2) Planning Author can edit planning areas of application. 3) Planning Viewer can view all areas of the tool (planning and all reports). 4) Report Administrator can add users as report authors, can assign sections to report author(s) and submit reports to PDE and is automatically an author for the administered report. 5 ) Report Author can edit assigned sections of a report. 6) LEA Contact user whose contact information is listed on the cover page of printed plan reports. 7) Charter Authorizer Viewer can view charter annual reports for the charter(s) s/he authorizes. The Authorizer can approve, add and assign users within the group(s) over which s/he has authority (e.g., a Planning Administrator can add a user to the Planning Author group). Authorize
