The effect of temperature changes on the SAR due to the changes of the dielectric parameters of the tissue simulating liquid is about 1%/degree, i.e., the room temperature should not change by more than 2 degrees during the measurement period. Optimal room temperature is between 20 – 24 degrees Celsius. Humidity (<80%) and RF level (SAR < 1microW/g) are not critical. For the power supply see our application note section.
