What are the entry requirements for Tanzania?
A passport and visa are required for U.S. citizens travelling to Tanzania . Please note that your passport must be valid for at least six months past your arrival date. At the current time, Yellow Fever vaccination is NOT required when travelling directly from the U.S. into Tanzania. Travelers arriving or travelling through countries where Yellow Fever is present will require the vaccination and certificate. Tanzania visas may or may not be included in your safari price depending upon your safari itinerary. Tourists may obtain visas upon arrival at any entry point in Tanzania, but it is highly recommended that you secure a visa before travelling to Tanzania.
