What are the enrollment deadlines for a new group?
A40. Enrollment deadlines vary depending on the Market Business Unit (MBU) the group is in. The deadlines range from 21 to 30 days prior to the effective date for groups in our Public Entities, Major Account (251 to 2,000 employees), and Special Account (2,000 plus) MBUs. In our Key Account MBU, for groups with 51 to 250 employees, all new business packets must be received from the sales offices by the fifth working day of the new month after the effective date.
