What are the “Engineering Schedules” referred to on the Residential Building Permit Checklist?
These schedules are copied from the current B.C. Building Code and are available from our website from the Printable Forms section. Schedules are required for virtually all new single family dwellings and many additions and detached accessory buildings. They must be filled out and signed by a Professional Engineer and /or Architect.
