If an employee is appointed between 90-100% (36-40 hrs per week) then they will be charged the full amount for health. If an employee is appointed between 65-89% (26-35 hrs per week) then they will be charged 75% of the health amount. Those appointed between 50-64% (20-25 hrs per week) will be charged 50% of the health amount, and those below 50% employment will not be charged for health.
