What are the email settings available for alerts?
Your email settings include the primary email address you have provided to us for receiving alerts, eStatements, and eBills. You can have alerts sent to an email address that is different from your primary email address (such as your work email address or a mobile device). You can add one secondary email address for personal accounts, and up to 4 secondary email addresses for small business accounts. Any changes to your primary email address will apply to your Online Banking accounts and alerts. Here are some other settings and options: Send test email Any time you add or change an email address, we recommend that you send a test email to ensure that the address is correct. Email nickname You can create a nickname to help you easily identify each of your email addresses. For example, nicknames could include: “My home email”; “Work email”; or “My cell phone.” Email formats There are 3 formats you can choose to receive email communications.
