FHP funds must be used only for down payment and closing costs and must be reflected in the HUD Settlement Statement. FHP funds cannot be used for reimbursement of earnest money deposits or to pay cash to the borrower at closing. FHP funds cannot be used in conjunction with any other AHP funds.
