What are the eligibility requirements to enter the local contest?
A. Journalists entering the local contest must reside in western Washington AND the corresponding newsroom must also be located in western Washington. There will be no exceptions made to this rule. Each entrant will be asked to certify his or her eligibility by initialing each entry. Entries that are not initialed and certified will be automatically disqualified.
