• Graduate from a Saint Paul or Minneapolis public city high school (no suburbs) in Spring 2010 • Be a resident of the City of Saint Paul or City of Minneapolis (no suburbs) • Complete and submit the Power of YOU program application • Come in to take your Assessment in reading, writing and math or complete the English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) Assessment if you are a non-native speaker of English. • Submit the 2010-11 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA – available after January 1, 2010) and complete the financial aid process at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
