What are the eligibility requirements for the Dual Enrollment Program?
A student may participate in the Dual Enrollment Program for a maximum of three years, the equivalent of 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. In order to be eligible for initial participation in the dual enrollment program, a student must: • Be enrolled in a public high school located within the college’s five county district. • Have completed the 9th grade or equivalent. • Have written approval of the high school principal. • Have test scores on all sections of the ACT, CPT, or SAT. Scores can be no more than two years old and must be on file in the Admissions and Records Office prior to acceptance into the program. • Have requirement placement test scores in applicable areas and chosen program of study. • Have the requirements listed below: Academic Program • required Reading score on ACT-18 or CPT-83 or SAT-440 AND • a minimum unweighted cumulative high school grade point average of 3.0, or • an ACT composite score of 21, or • a CPT composite score of 96, or • a SAT score of 500 verbal and
