What are the eligibility requirements for Student Housing?
In order to be considered for Student Housing at Metropolitan Community College, an applicant must; • Complete a housing application • Submit payment for $25 application fee • Submit background check authorization form • Be nineteen years of age or have the written permission of a parent or guardian If a student meets the criteria listed above, they will be eligible to be placed on the housing list. Preference will be given to students who are full time and seeking housing for a full year term (four quarters). Selection of occupants from this list is on a first-come, first-served basis.
