What are the eligibility requirements for candidates?
To be eligible as a candidate you must be • A Canadian citizen and at least 18 years of age as of Election Day; • Ordinarily resident in Saskatchewan for at least 6 months preceding the day the writ was issued; and • Not disqualified by The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act or by any other Act from being a candidate.
