Universities recognized under section 2(f), 2(f) and12 (B) of the UGC Act, 1956 or established under section 3, which have completed 5 years since establishment or with a record of at least 2 batches of students having completed their degree programmes, whichever is earlier (referred to as ‘Recognized Universities’) are eligible. For purposes of Assessment and Accreditation of Universities, their Schools, Departments, Centres and Units shall be taken as the components. b. All Universities recognized under Section 3 of the UGC Act are eligible regardless of the number of year of establishment. c.
