What are the elements on which vaastu is based?
Ans: Vaastu, an ancient science of house building, combines all the five elements of nature i.e. earth, water, air, fire & space. All these elements are invisibly & constantly related. Vaastu balances these elements with man & the material to enhance their health, wealth, happiness and prosperity. The elements of may be described as follows: EARTH (Bhumi):- Earth has a magnetic and gravitational force that considerably affects each and every living as well as non-living thing. WATER (Jala) :- Water is a vital factor for all living beings as well as ecological system. AIR (Vayu):-Air is the supporting element of life as it provides balance through air flow, air pressure etc. FIRE (Agni):- All the factors like energy, enthusiasm, passion & vigor can be related to the fire. SPACE (Aakasha):-Space is one of the most important element as it provides shelter to all the above mentioned elements.
