What are the eight Sabbats/Fire Festivals/etc?
There are eight holidays shared in common by almost all Pagans. They are Yule, Imbolc, Ostara, Beltane, Summer Solstice, Lughnassa, Mabon, and Samhain. There is almost no agreement on the details of each holiday — even the names are highly variable. The one thing that is stable about these holidays is the basic date (within three or four days) and the theme that most groups celebrate.
