If your server is located in Australia, for example, you can expect its grade to be lower than a comparable server located in the United States. We address this difference through the use of multiple monitoring points having different backbone connectivity.

This is also the reason we show your server’s Ping Time in the Performance Summary table. A high Ping Time indicates a greater impact due to network performance.
