What are the effects of me (VM Partner) cancelling my service?
So long as a VM Partner remains active and complies with the terms of the VM Partner Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, DaVaSec shall pay commissions to such VM Partner. In the event of cancellation of active VM Partners status the VM Partners agree to waive all rights they may have, including but not limited to property rights, to their former downline organisation and to any bonuses, commissions or other remuneration derived from the sales and other activities of his or her former downline organisation. Following a VM Partners cancellation of his or her VM Partner Agreement, the former VM Partner shall not hold himself or herself out as a DaVaSec VM Partner and shall not have the right to sell DaVaSec products or services. A VM Partner whose VM Partner Agreement is cancelled shall receive commissions and bonuses only for the last full pay period he or she was active prior to cancellation (less any amounts withheld during an investigation preceding an involuntary cancellation).
