What are the Effects of Laughter?
Laughter therapy research and therapeutic humor have shown the power to improve one’s sense of well being. Humor can alleviate stress and pain. It increases your level of serotonin and just makes you feel good. We’ll be satisfied, though, if we can just make you chuckle and put a smile on your face.
