What are the effects of improper storage and handling of Ablestik products?
Improper material storage and handling can yield poor and inconsistent product performance. For paste products, viscosity changes and freeze-thaw voids in syringes can occur resulting in poor dispensing and reduced work life. For film products, viscosity changes can occur resulting in variable film flow, in addition to deformation of the film adhesive dimensions by wrinkling or cracking. Improper thawing procedures can lead to moisture contamination and in some cases cold flow of film products. In all cases, low or variable adhesion and variable conductivity may occur.
