What are the easements and setbacks?
All buildings, including garage, servant’s quarters, and/or parts thereof must be constructed at a distance of not less than two(2) meters from the boundaries not fronting a street. One and a half (1 1/2) meters from the boundaries not fronting a street on the sides and two (2) meters from the rear boundary not fronting the street. Outside edges of roofs and/or eaves, including canopy, all without columns, of the structure must be at least 1.2 meters from the property line fronting a street and one (1) meter from the property line fronting a street.
