The affected person feels fatigue due to the over production of white blood cell this process uses all your energy, weight loss, increased production of white cells use up calories, unexplained headache, confusion, malaise, abnormal bleeding, excessive bruising (hematoma), abdominal pain, bone or joint pain, unexplained chronic infections that never seems to go away. There would be fever, enlarged liver, spleen and lymph nodes. In some cases of leukemia here would be no significant sign and symptoms until and unless the disease has become chronic.
