What are the early symptoms of bowel cancer?
It depends on whether the cancer is in the large or small intestine. Chief complaints of bowel cancer would be blood in the stool (bright red color if it’s from the large intestine and tarry if it’s from the small intestine), pain in the upper or lower abdomen that may radiate to the sides, fever, malaise, and elevated white blood cell count. Be sure to see your doctor if you suspect you may have the symptoms.
