StarCityGames.com is not responsible for any duties/taxes on imports that your country may charge. If you refuse a shipment because your country is charging excessive customs fees or import taxes, we will refund your payment MINUS our initial shipping charges, our RETURN shipping charges plus an administrative handling fee of 10%. If this total ends up exceeding the value of the merchandise, we may have to charge you an additional fee to cover those charges. We have no desire to enforce this, so please don’t place us in a position that forces us to do so.
