What are the duties of the godchild?
If a godchild gets a sponsorship, we expect it to comply with the following duties: • Payment of 0.5 USD per month to a solidarity fund. This fund is used to pay for excursions, Christmas events, etc. and to grant the payment of sponsorships in case a patron is canceling his commitment (until a new patron is found). • Writing of two letters per year. A translation German/Spanish or English/Spanish will be made by us if wished so. The stamps are paid by the volunteers from their private funds. • Working 15 days per year in our projects. • Participation in the monthly reunion. Participating in these reunions is compulsory, after missing three times the committee will propose to cancel the sponsorship. • Submission of the school grades. Not attending school will result in cancellation of the sponsorship. The committee is keeping book about the fulfillment of the godchild s duties. The books can be consulted at any time. How is the donated money used? Every 4 months we transfer the credit
