• The RCC shall be the official liaison between GLACURH and MORHA. • The RCC shall follow guidelines set by GLACURH. • The RCC shall be an ex-officio MORHA executive board member and shall follow the responsibilities as stated herein. • The RCC shall have full speaking and voting rights within the MORHA Executive Board for the purpose of selecting the MORHA NCC of the Year. • The RCC shall provide for both oral and written forms of transition, including transfer of files. • The RCC shall carry out such directives as assigned by the Director.
