What are the dust and dirt loss factor considerations (like solar on a farm)?
On a farm or other very dusty environment, loss could be up to 20%, so a factor of 80% would be entered into the Tool for the “Dust & Dirt” entry. Realistically, customers are unlikely to wash their system after the first few months. Therefore, unless your customer can demonstrate how they will include array washing into their regular corporate/facilities maintenance routine, it is best not to underestimate this loss factor.
