2004/2005 HOA dues $1035.00 Yearly dues and assessment are due and payable by September 1. Dues pay for: One full-time caretaker, one part-time caretaker, and one part-time office position wages and expenses. Maintenance and repair of all club facilities. Water service and operation of sewer and water treatment facilities. Legal and accounting fees. Newsletter/minutes printing and postage. Dredging and weed control, several social functions throughout the year and overall operating expenses of Fishhawk Lake .
