Dues for active state employees are $11 per month ($132 per year). Monthly dues include a voluntary contribution to SEA-PAC that is included in the $11 per month membership rate. You may choose to pay lump sum annual dues of $132 or pay $11 per month through a monthly payroll deduction. Dues for retired state employees are $11 per month or $132 per year. You may choose to pay lump sum annual dues of $132 or pay $11 per month through a monthly payroll deduction. Payroll deductions will be deducted from your check issued by the Retirement Systems of Alabama.
